This is a 20 minute Pilates bodyweight session where we will be working the glutes and the core. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy. Pre-Natal Pilates Exercise Ball

This is a 5 minute Pilates session where we will be using an exercise ball to help open up the hips and keep the body mobile. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy. Pre-Natal Side Pilates
