Personal Training
I currently work with men & women to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. My focus is always to help you make those lifestyle changes not just a quick fix!
1-2-1, group and online personal training sessions are 45 minutes long. I am here to help you achieve any goal you have whether that be weight loss, maintenance, weight gain, overall fitness or sport specific training.
Group PT can be done in pairs or groups of 3, this will be undertaken in the gym or the option of outdoors if the weather allows. Groups can be of mixed abilities/fitness levels and each session will be designed to suit.
I wanted to create online personal training sessions for those who are not able to see me in person but still want a great workout.
