pre & post-natal Training

I offer 1-2-1 pre & post-natal personal training and am a qualified pre/post-natal Pilates instructor.

 

All workouts are carefully designed to suit you and your baby during pregnancy and beyond, enabling you to continue to enjoy fitness and to help you feel your strongest self.

 

Having been through an IVF, pregnancy and now post-partum journey, I feel I am able to support you in all aspects of exercising in this phase of your life. For any enquiries or to discuss further, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

 

*Please note I will require sign off from your midwife or health practitioner before we undertake any sessions.
