Recipe – BBH Energy Balls

Ingredients
100g or 1 apple grated and skinned
140g of rolled porridge oats
120g of peanut butter
50g desiccated coconut plus – use extra for coating
75ml runny honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
Add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix (or a food processor if you have one) until it forms a dough like consistency
Take a small piece and roll into a ball
Then roll in the extra coconut until coated
Place on a tray in the fridge until set
Once set place in a plastic container to keep
Enjoy!
