Recipe – BBH Energy Balls

Ingredients
  • 100g or 1 apple grated and skinned 

  • 140g of rolled porridge oats 

  • 120g of peanut butter 

  • 50g desiccated coconut plus – use extra for coating 

  • 75ml runny honey 

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 


Recipe
  • Add all your ingredients into a bowl and mix (or a food processor if you have one) until it forms a dough like consistency 

  • Take a small piece and roll into a ball 

  • Then roll in the extra coconut until coated 

  • Place on a tray in the fridge until set 

  • Once set place in a plastic container to keep
